Our mission is to produce high-quality events and event marketing services for the entertainment industry and beyond. With over 20 years of combined work experience, we have consistently been on the forefront of event planning for New York City.

Currently, we are responsible for the majority of the opening night parties for the Broadway community. In addition to Broadway, we produce corporate events, not-for-profit benefits and conferences, and other entertainment celebrations.

Our firm is known for providing maximum value for dollars spent. The volume of events we coordinate has allowed us to nurture relationships with a wide variety of suppliers including venues, decor specialists, musicians & DJs, printers, graphic designers and other vendors. We pass those savings on to our clients, thereby guaranteeing a cost-effective event.

Furthermore, we take RSVPs, organize seating, provide staff and security and act as a liaison to all vendors in order to coordinate your events. We also provide specialized gifts and premiums at below market costs.
